CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid charges.
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge.
PAYMENT
We accept online payment or pay in person on the day of booking by card, cash, gift voucher or BACS transfer. Our bank details are available on request.
Card payment is hosted by Adyen/SumUp - VISA, V PAY, master card, maestro, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, Diners Club, DISCOVER, Union Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
GIFT CARD - ONLINE BOOKING
Bookings can be made with a gift card. Enter your booking details in the booking form on the website. Select "Pay now" when paying and click "Book Now" Select "Redeem a gift card" and enter the gift code to book.

The nearest parking is Holman’s Meadow car park, at the rear of Lombard House, can be accessed by Old Dover Street or Dover Street. You can pay by card, cash or through their app.
